Home Remedies For Glowing Skin
Alovera Uses
Aloe Vera is an excellent plant to use and makes a great DIY
homemade facial or body wash recipe for glowing skin. It's highly pigmented
making it perfect for this type of facial. Use freshly ground and powdery aloe
vera and apply the paste all over the area where you are acne-prone (upper arm,
neck, chest, shoulders) for a light exfoliating effect and help reduce fine
lines. Add 2 Tbsp rose flower water to help balance out any dryness that may be
present in the face. This will also improve elasticity and moisture to help
glow-looking skin.

The best way to get rid of blemishes in your face is with aloe vera
and yogurt to provide moisture and make your skin look more plump and youthful.
The yogurt acidity and nutrients will give your face a healthy glow which can
be used as a makeup product to add shine and natural radiance. Also, try
adding it as part of your daily routine. Aloe Vera has been known to help
reduce sun damage on your face and skin. Apply aloe Vera directly onto your
face to leave it to soak up and work its way into pores gently until soft and
translucent. Leave for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water, then repeat
with cold water. You should find that the moisture from this paste helps
hydrate your skin and glow. Once you have cleansed your face with mild soap and hot water, mix one teaspoon of pure honey with 1 tsp of lemon juice and
apply onto dampened face. Let this sit for 10 minutes before rinsing out with
cool water. To use, simply rub on your fingers over wet face followed by
applying aloe Vera to your face and leaving on for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse up
and dry off using a clean towel and pat dry. Repeat this every morning to
reduce fine lines and sun damage. Aloe Vera is especially good for those who
suffer from acne or rosacea, but this type of moisturizing treatment is
suitable for all skin types and can be used in many different ways.
Home Made Face Msks
It’s really easy to find good quality powders to make your own
masks. If you have sensitive skin you are not going to want to use anything
that contains alcohol so avoid the hard liquor store brand face masks that
contain its alcohol content and don't mention it at the bottom. Instead, pick up
some fresh turmeric root juice, either green or white, blend it with some
coconut oil to make your own face mask, and apply it onto the wet face as usual. Wash
your face after 10 minutes and don’t forget, it will do wonders! And what about
people experiencing acne? Try adding plain yogurt, raw garlic, and cayenne
pepper to your yogurt if you have acne or rosacea. In addition, use yogurt to
soften dead skin cells on your face. Mix a few tablespoons each of sugar and
almond flour - both of which are often used ingredients for homemade face masks
- and apply them to damp face and let them sit for 5 minutes before rinsing
your face off. Finally, when you finish rinsing, rinse your face with warm
water: first with regular water, then with chilled water, then a small amount
of hot water and a little bit of water. Repeat this for five days.

For a natural eye look, add some chopped herbs to your yogurt paste
to get a subtle eyeshadow base and blend them with olive oil. Apply onto
dampened face and rub into the area with your finger. Take a cotton ball and
draw some circles through your hairline to create a simple eyebrow line, and
continue doing so for 20 seconds to give your eyebrows a natural shape. Brush
this mixture through your brows and down your nose to your chin and leave on
for ten minutes before rinsing. When you see the finished product, make sure
the pink and purple color is blended evenly and spread evenly across your
cheekbones. Repeat this every night for good results, and you will soon feel
like a new person!
Other Remedies
There are also a lot of home remedies that you can incorporate into
the skincare regimen that will give you glowing skin. Here are a few of my
favorites. I first tried baking soda with oats and cocoa powder soot to give my
face a nice tan. I also love to experiment with orange peel, which I mixed with
sweet almond powder and brown rice powder to whiten my face. Then put a dollop
of yogurt and yogurt paste on my dehydrated face and set it on a heat-proof mat to
melt them. Afterward, rub the heated yogurt against my face and work it into my
eyes and forehead gently, allowing the yogurt paste to fully whiten my skin
while I'm resting my eyes and relax. I like to put yogurt paste on my forehead
and massage it into my nose, temples and my hands to release any excess grease.
While rubbing I add some warm water and run it through my hands for some
cooling effect. I like to add yogurt paste on my wet face and leave it on for ten
minutes until they're cool and streaky. It makes my skin so moist and smooth,
especially when I go swimming.
